Kpp01 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the kpp01 website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the kpp01 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kpp01 as the platform operator. kpp01 reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is not permitted, and any such account will be closed immediately.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access kpp01's full range of services, you'll need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact kpp01 support immediately through the available channels after logging in.

Kpp01 will never ask for your password via email or unofficial channels. Stay alert to phishing attempts and only log in through the official kpp01 website.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

As a kpp01 user, you agree to:

• Using the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws;
• Not misusing, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data;
• Not using any automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or the betting process;
• Not engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or illegal activity through the platform;
• Not posting or distributing any content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to other users.

Breaching any of the above rules may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and kpp01 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the kpp01 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). kpp01 supports a range of approved local payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals fast and secure for Malaysian users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and that they are the rightful owner of the payment method used. kpp01 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the user.

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing, which may take varying amounts of time depending on the method selected. kpp01 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by Malaysian authorities on transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

Kpp01 accepts no liability for any financial loss or indirect damages incurred by users in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to technical failures, service disruptions, or the outcome of games and bets.

Kpp01 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected involvement in fraud or illegal activity;
• User-requested account closure;
• Account inactivity for a specified period;
• Directives from the relevant authorities.

Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a violation will be assessed in accordance with kpp01's internal procedures, and the final decision is binding.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the kpp01 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of kpp01 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from kpp01.

The kpp01 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kpp01 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Kpp01 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
